A large part of this day will involve activities outdoors whatever the weather so please wear appropriate footwear and clothing (waterproofs, flat sturdy shoes etc.). Please notify the course organiser of any specific needs you have. We recommend that you bring a camping chair if you would be more comfortable than sitting on the floor. We also recommend that you bring a camping mug so you can take your drinks outdoors. A packed lunch will be provided. Please bring along any additional snacks and drinks you may require (being outside a lot can be hungry work!).
