This course will help you to develop strategies to get children interested in reading, to deliver high quality phonics teaching and develop early comprehension skills.

Description

A mixture of research base evidence, case study material and practical strategies to help you to develop an effective approach to teaching children to love books and to acquire early reading skills.

Outcomes

By the end of the course, delegates will:
  • go away with an understanding of effective practice and with practical ideas for implementation.
